Recipe-
🥔 Ingredients:
1 cup poha (flattened rice)
½ cup thick curd (dahi)
3- small onion (finely chopped)
1–2 green chillies (chopped)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
3/4 bell peppers (finely chopped)
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp origano
1 slice cheese
Salt to taste
2–3 tbsp bread crumbs (for binding)
Oil for greese
👩🍳 Method:
Prepare Poha
Wash poha lightly and keep aside for 5 minutes to soften.
Mix Base
In a bowl, add softened poha + curd
Add Flavours
Add onion, green chillies, bell peppers, coriander, spices, cheese and salt. Mix well.

Shape Cutlets
Make small round or oval cutlets coated in bread crumbs.
Airfryer the cutlets
