🔷Ingredients:
🥗1 cup soaked & boiled black chana
🍅1/2 tomato (finely chopped)
🥒1/2 cucumber (finely chopped)
🌶️1 small green chilli (optional)
🌿1 tbsp coriander (chopped)
🧂1½ tsp chaat masala
🧂1½ tsp red chilli powder
🍋1½ lemon (juiced)
🧂Salt as needed
🔷Method:
1. Soak black chana overnight & pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
2. Add veggies, spices, lemon juice & oil.
3. Mix well & enjoy this high-protein salad!
