Ingredients per serving:
– 1 can light tuna in water
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tsp sesame oil
– 1 tbsp minced garlic
– 1/2 red chili pepper
– 1 green onion
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
– 3/4 cup cooked white rice
– 6 leaves of green leaf lettuce
How to make it yourself:
1. Drain half of the water in your canned tuna
2. Dice your chili peppers and green onion
3. Chop your lettuce
4. Add in soy sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, chili peppers, black pepper, sesame seeds and mix together
5. In a bowl, add your lettuce, rice, marinated tuna, and top with sesame seeds and enjoy!
