Black Chana & Soya Salad

If you are looking for a meal prep friendly high protein lunch meal, this easy to make salad recipe is for you. This is a high in protein, vegetarian, low fat & low carb meal which can be prepared in minutes.

Ingredients
60 gm sliced carrots
60 gm sliced cucumbers
100 gm Boiled black chana
20 gm soya chunks (measure before boil)
100 gm fat free yogurt
2 tbsp mint chutney
Spices – 1/4 tsp kala namak, 1/4 tsp chaat masala, 1/3 tsp cumin powder, 1/4 tsp@black pepper powder
Fresh mint leaves chopped

Directions
1. In a jar, add yogurt, chutney, spices & give it a good stir. You can use hung curd instead of yogurt.
2. Add sliced carrots, cucumbers, boiled chana & boiled soya chunks & Fresh mint leaves. Close the lid of the jar & give it a good shake to mix all the ingredients.
Serve in a plate, add more nuts if your choice like peanuts, almonds, pumpkin seeds, cranberries etc.

You can meal prep the dressing & add ingredients from the top & keep in refrigerator without mixing & shake the jar before serve. This is a perfect high protein, vegetarian & No onion no garlic salad jar to fulfil your protein goals being a vegetarian.
