Stuffed Musk Melon
Take a whole musk melon and carefully remove the top using a sharp knife. Scoop out the seeds with a spoon and keep them aside.
In a pan, add:
• 1 cup makhana
• ½ cup watermelon seeds
• 10–12 almonds
• 4 cardamom pods
• A pinch of saffron strands
• 1 tablespoon dates powder (homemade)
• ½ cup water
Cook everything on low heat until the mixture becomes soft and tender. Let it cool completely, then blend into a smooth paste. You can also replace the dates powder with any sweetener of your choice.
Fill this creamy mixture inside the prepared musk melon, place the top back on, and freeze for 9–10 hours or overnight.
Once set, chop some nuts and sprinkle on top. Cut into triangles and serve chilled.
