Made with fresh palak puree, wheat flour and basic spices, this recipe is not only tasty but also packed with nutrients 💪

🥘 Ingredients
• Spinach (Palak)
• Wheat flour
• Chilli powder
• Coriander powder
• Garam masala
• Jeera (cumin seeds)
• Salt
• Fresh coriander leaves
• Butter (for cooking)
👨🍳 Preparation Method
1️⃣ Take a pan and add palak with water.
2️⃣ Cook for a few minutes and let it cool.
3️⃣ Grind it into a smooth paste.
4️⃣ In a bowl, add wheat flour, palak paste, chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, jeera, salt and coriander leaves.
5️⃣ Mix everything and knead into a soft dough.
6️⃣ Roll into chapatis.
7️⃣ Cook on a tawa and apply butter on both sides.
