Healthy Palak Sprouts Jowar Roti 😍

A nutritious, fiber-rich recipe packed with veggies, perfect for both kids and adults👌🏻

💁🏻‍♀️ Recipe:

• Add sprouts, onion, carrots, ginger, and green chillies to a grinder
• Grind into a smooth mixture

• Transfer to a bowl
• Add chopped spinach and jowar flour

💁🏻‍♀️ Add spices:
• Salt
• Coriander powder
• Sesame seeds
• Fennel seeds (saunf)
• Red chilli powder

• Mix well and prepare a soft dough ( add water as needed)
• Roll into rotis
• Cook on a pan (tawa) with a little ghee

• Serve hot with green chutney and curd 🥣

✅ Note: For kids, reduce green chillies, ginger, and red chilli powder.

💁🏻‍♀️ How to serve for kids (age-wise):

👉🏻 3–5 years:

• Make mini chillas or jowar soup
• Keep spices very mild

👉🏻 6–10 years:

• Can give roti, chilla, khichdi.
• Moderate spices can be added

👉🏻 10+ years & adults:

• Any form (roti, chilla, wraps, laddoo, soup)
• Quantity as per appetite (2–3 rotis)
