Ecco gli ingredienti/quantita’ per la mia ricetta della piadina fatta in casa (SENZA STRUTTO):
– Farina bianca 280gr
– Farina di farro/segale 100gr
– Sale 5gr
– Acqua 210gr
– Olio 5gr

– Spelt/Rie flour: 100gr
– Salt: 5gr
– Water: 210gr
