Tips for the healthy third trimester:(Which i am following)
* Continue to take prenatal vitamins.
* Stay active unless experience swelling or pain.
* Work out by doing simple Kegel exercises.
* Eat a diet high in fruits, vegetables, protein, and fiber i also include dairy and ghee.
* Drink lots and lots of water.
* Eat enough calories
* Stay active with walking.
* Get plenty of rest and sleep.
