Ingredients:
-3 lbs Lean Sirloin or Beef Stew Meat (1,360g raw)
-1/2 Cup Soy Sauce (120g)
-1/2 Cup Honey (170g)
-1 Cup Low-Sodium Beef Broth (240g)
-2 Tbsp Minced Garlic (30g)
-1 Tbsp Fresh Ginger (10g)
-1 Tbsp Cornstarch (8g) + 2 Tbsp Water (to thicken at end)
-2 Cups Dry White Rice (≈ 370g dry)
-5 Cups Broccoli Florets (450g)

Instructions:
1.) Add beef, soy sauce, honey, broth, garlic, and ginger to crockpot; cook low 6–8 hrs or high 4–5 hrs.
2.) Stir in cornstarch slurry near the end to thicken.
3.) Cook rice and steam broccoli.
4.) Portion rice into 7 containers; top with beef and broccoli.
