You don’t need to “healthify” everything to be healthy.

Yes, your daily habits matter.
Yes, your meals should mostly support your goals.

But part of a healthy lifestyle is being able to enjoy foods like this without guilt and without trying to turn everything into a high-protein version.

If everything has to be optimized, it usually isn’t sustainable.

Consistency with the basics is what actually drives results—not avoiding foods like monkey bread forever.
