Meal Prep Breakfast : Paneer & Veggie Sandwich
Ingredients for 5 Sandwich
120 gm grated carrots
200 gm grated paneer
100 gm finely chopped mix bell peppers
40 gm grated beetroot
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp oregano
Method :
In a mixing bowl, add all above mentioned sandwich mix ingredients. Mix everything well to prepare the mix. Keep in air tight container & it will@stay good in refrigerator for 4-5 days.
Add salt as taste when you want to use the mixture.
Use 70 gm fat free yogurt & 2 tsp mint chutney for every 2 sandwiches.
