🍞 For the Cumin Oat Bread:

🥚 2 eggs
🥣 150 g Greek yogurt (about ⅔ cup)
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🌾 150 g oat flakes (about 1½ cups)
🌿 25 g psyllium husk (about 3 tbsp)
🥄 1 tsp baking powder
🍎 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
🧂 A pinch of salt
🌿 2–4 tbsp cumin seeds
(some mixed into dough, some for topping)

🔥 Bake at 180°C / 356°F
⏳ 45–50 minutes

🥕 Grate 1 carrot
🥚 Grate 1 boiled egg
🥔 Grate 2 small boiled potatoes
🥒 Grate some pickles (adjust to taste)
🥣 2 tbsp Greek yogurt
🫒 1 tbsp olive oil
🧀 1 tbsp cream cheese
🌶️ 1 tsp black pepper
🧄 1 tsp garlic powder

Mix well until smooth and creamy.
