Ingredient:
Raspberry: 3/4 cup
Blueberry: 3/4 cup
Strawberry: 3/4 cup
Kiwi: 1 No
Hemp Seed: 1 tsp
Peanut Butter: 1 tsp
Curd/Yogurt: 1/4 Cup or 2 tbs
Honey or Maple syrup for taste (Optional)
