MY LOW CAL, HIGH PROTEIN WINGS
Per 10 party wings:
900 calories | 84g protein
Ingredients (per 10 wings):
• 6–8g salt (adjust to taste)
• ~2g garlic powder
• ~2g black pepper
• 23g egg whites
• 16g cornstarch
• Spray oil (don’t pour, big difference in calories)
Steps:
1️⃣ Pat wings dry with paper towels
2️⃣ Add wings to a bowl + season with salt, garlic powder, and pepper
3️⃣ Add 23g egg whites + 16g cornstarch
4️⃣ Mix until evenly coated
5️⃣ Line air fryer tray with parchment paper (huge difference, less sticking & cleanup)
6️⃣ Lightly spray parchment paper with oil
7️⃣ Lay wings on tray + lightly spray tops with oil
8️⃣ Air fry at 400°F for 15 minutes
9️⃣ Flip each wing
🔟 Air fry another 15 minutes at 400°F
That’s it. Crispy outside, juicy inside, no deep frying required. Feel free to add any low calorie sauce you like or eat plain 😋
