Ingredients:

1½ cup low-fat thick curd
1 tbsp sattu
2 small soaked dates
1 tbsp oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
½ banana
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
4 almonds
4 cashews
¼ cup blackberries
4 slices kiwi
Ice cubes (optional)

Procedure:
Add curd to a blender as the base.
