📝 INGREDIENTS :
¾ cup vermicelli (sevaiya)
Hot water (for boiling)
1 cup curd
Salt (as per taste)
Pomegranate seeds
Grated cucumber / carrot / beetroot (optional)
Fresh coriander (chopped)

For Tadka:
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp urad dal
1 tsp chana dal
Green chillies (as per taste)
Cashews
Peanuts
Curry leaves (optional)

👩‍🍳 RECIPE :
1️⃣ Dry roast vermicelli in a pan for 5–6 minutes until lightly golden.
2️⃣ Add hot water and cook until soft (not mushy). Let it cool.
3️⃣ Add curd and salt, mix well.
4️⃣ Add pomegranate, grated veggies and coriander. Mix everything nicely.
5️⃣ For tadka, heat oil and add urad dal, chana dal, green chillies, cashews, peanuts & curry leaves.
6️⃣ Let it turn golden and aromatic.
7️⃣ Pour the tadka over the vermicelli curd mix and combine well.
8️⃣ Garnish with more pomegranate & coriander.
