My favorite pregnancy hydration drink ever is this strawberry limeade natures gatorade. It’s easy and quick to make and helps to keep you hydrated at any stage during pregnancy.

What you need:
4-5 frozen strawberries12 oz. Coconut water (plus extra)1 lime juiced1/2 a lemon or 1/4 of a very juicy lemon juicedIce
Add the first 4 ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Pour over ice in a glass. Add more coconut water for extra hydration!
Coconut water already has natural electrolytes so adding sea salt isn’t needed but you can add it if you want. You can also add a drizzle of honey for more sweetness but I find it’s already sweet enough with the strawberries.
