Cheesy Pockets

Ingredients:
• 6–8 bread slices
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp maida (all-purpose flour)
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp chopped onion
• 2 tbsp chopped capsicum
• 1 tbsp corn flour
• 1 tbsp chilli flakes
• 1 tbsp oregano
• Salt as per taste
• Water (for sealing)
• Slurry (maida + water mix)
• Bread crumbs (for coating)
• Oil (for frying)

Recipe:
1. Heat a pan and add butter. Once melted, add maida and sauté for a few seconds.
2. Gradually add milk while stirring continuously to make a smooth, lump-free sauce.
3. Add chopped onion, capsicum, and corn flour. Mix well until slightly thick.
4. Season with chilli flakes, oregano, and salt. Cook until creamy — stuffing is ready.
5. Take bread slices, cut the edges, and roll them flat.
6. Add stuffing in the center, seal edges using water, and shape into pockets.
7. Dip in slurry and coat evenly with bread crumbs.
8. Deep fry in hot oil until golden brown and crispy.

Serve hot with ketchup, crispy outside, cheesy inside pizza pockets ready!
