🧾 Ingredients

• 1/2 cup small paneer cubes
• 2 cups sprouts
• butter + oil
• 1 green chilli (optional)
• ¼ tsp turmeric
• ½ tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
• Salt to taste
• 1 tomato (chopped)
• 1 small cucumber (chopped)
• 2 tbsp roasted peanuts
• 2 tbsp roasted cashews
• 2 cup murmura (puffed rice)
• 2 tbsp spring onion greens
• 1 tsp chaat masala
• 1–2 tbsp lemon juice
3-4 tbsp roasted chana

👩‍🍳 Method

• Sauté paneer in butter+ oil with green chilli until golden
• In same pan cook sprouts with turmeric & salt until soft
• Switch off flame, add red chilli powder
• Let it cool slightly
• Add paneer, veggies, peanuts, cashews & murmura, roasted chana
• Add chaat masala, salt & lemon juice
• Mix well & serve fresh
