Ingredients Used:

Poha (Flattened Rice)
Cucumber (grated)
Coconut (grated)
Oil
Mustard Seeds (Rai)
Jeera (Cumin)
Onion
Curry Leaves
Peanuts
Salt
Lemon Juice

Method Summary:
1️⃣ Wash poha and keep aside
2️⃣ Add grated cucumber and grated coconut to poha
3️⃣ Mix well and keep aside
4️⃣ Heat oil in kadhai
5️⃣ Add rai, jeera, onion, curry leaves and peanuts
6️⃣ Fry till golden
7️⃣ Add salt and mix
8️⃣ Add poha mixture and mix gently
9️⃣ Add lemon juice and mix well
