🥦 Ingredients:
• Broccoli – ½ cup (boiled)
• Peas – ½ cup (boiled)
• Spinach – ½ cup (boiled)
• Sooji – ½ bowl
• Curd – as required
• Salt – to taste
• Cheese slice – 1
• Chopped onion
• Chopped tomato

👩‍🍳 Method:
• Boil the veggies for 5 minutes and let them cool slightly.
• Blend broccoli, peas, and spinach with sooji, curd, and salt to make a smooth, thick batter.
• Grease a sandwich maker with a little oil.
