Creamy Mushroom Toasts 🍄✨

No cheese, No cream, No maida, Still creamy, still delicious 🤤

Ingredients:

150g button mushrooms
150ml low-fat milk
2 whole wheat bread slices
1 tsp oil
4–5 garlic cloves (chopped)
40g onion (sliced)
1 tbsp oats flour
Salt, black pepper
Oregano & chilli flakes
Fresh coriander

Recipe:

1. Heat oil in a pan, sauté garlic & onion till lightly golden.
2. Add mushrooms + salt → cook till they release water & turn nicely caramelised.
3. Add oats flour + spices → roast for a minute (removes raw taste).
4. Pour milk, mix well & cook till thick and creamy.
5. Finish with fresh coriander 🌿
6. Spread generously over toasted bread.
7. Top with chilli flakes & coriander and serve hot 🔥
