✅ Bread Recipe :
Active Sourdough Starter (100% hydration): 3.5 oz or approx. 1/2 cup (100 g)
Water (room temp): 11.3 oz or approx. 1 1/3 cups (320 g)
Bread Flour (white): 14.1 oz or approx. 3 cups (400 g)
Olive Oil: 2 tbsp (30 g)
Salt: 1.5 tsp (7 g)
Cold fermentation: 8 hours or more.
Yield: 3 loaves.
🔥 Baking
Preheat oven: 465 °F (240 °C).
Bake with steam: 15 minutes.
Bake without steam: 5 minutes or until golden brown.
