Who says you cant eat pizza when dieting..get your cravings fulfilled without feeling guilty with this recipe .pizza with under 200 calories and packed with nutrients and vitamins.

RECIPE:
ingredients :
4 sp jowar flour (sorghum)
2 sp wheat flour
Salt to taste
1/4 sp pepper powder
Oregano chilli flakes and mixed herbs to taste.
3 to 4 drops of mustard sauce
20g homemade cottage cheese
3 tbsp pizza sauce
Toppings of your choice
I have used onions ,mixed bell peppers and olive.
For the bread combine both flours salt ,mixed herbs and chilli flakes and form a semi tight dough. Roll into a flat bread of 6inch diameter and 1/4th to 1/2 cm thickness. Heat a pan and cook the bread both sides then top it with homemade pizza sauce ,toppings little salt pepper ,oregano and chilli flakes. And grate some homemade cottage cheese top with olives and cover the pan and cook for 10 mins until all is cooked well.
U can even bake it in over after bread is cooked at 180° for 10 mins . Eat the pizza guilt free everyday and still lose weight😍😍
