Ingredients:
-1 Cup 0% Greek Yogurt (240g)
-1.5 Cups Self Rising Flour (180g)
-2 Tsp Salt
-2 Cups Reduced Fat Mozzarella Cheese (224g)
-1 lbs Chicken Breast (454g raw)
-1/3 Cup Buffalo Sauce (80g)

Ranch Sauce:
-1/2 Cup 0% Plain Greek Yogurt (120g)
-3 Tbsp Light Mayo (45g)
-1.5 Tbsp Vinegar
-1/2 tsp Dried Parsley
-1/2 tsp Salt
-1/4 tsp Black Pepper
-1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
-1/4 tsp Onion Powder

Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 400°F and grease muffin tin.
2.) Mix yogurt, flour, and salt; divide into 12 and press into tin. Bake 10 min.
3.) Air fry seasoned chicken at 380°F for 10–12 min; shred and toss with buffalo sauce.
4.) Top bites with buffalo chicken and mozzarella; bake 8–10 min more.
5.) Mix ranch, drizzle on top, cool slightly, and enjoy.
