INGREDIENTS:
250 Moringa/Sohanjna Phali
For Dal Making:
250 g mong, masoor, aahar dal
1 onion
2 tomatos
2 green chilli
4-5 curry leaves
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp salt
For Dal tarka:
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp mustard seeds (rai Dana)
2-3 dry red chilli
10-12 curry leaves
6-7 garlic cloves cut into pieces
For Raw Mango/Keri Kachumar Chutney:
3 red chilli
1 onion
6-7 garlic cloves
4-5 raw mango cut into pieces
1/2 bunch fresh coriander leaves
6-7 mint leaves
1 tsp salt
For Fresh Salad Kachumar:
1 onion
1 cucumbers
1 tomato
1/4 cabbage cut into pieces
4-5 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
1 fresh red chilli
1 tsp salt
1/2 lemon juice
