Salmon Meal prep:
4 Salmon fillets
2 tbsp ap seasoning blend
2 tsp avocado oil
1 cup, Kinders Japanese BBQ sauce

3 bunches asparagus, tips
1 red onion, large
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
3 tbsp ap seasoning blend
Drizzle of avocado oil

3 crowns, broccoli
3 tbsp ap seasoning blend
Drizzle of avocado oil

Cauliflower rice
2 tbsp ap seasoning blend
1/4 cup, cilantro
1/2 lime, squeezed
4 tbsp, scallions

Snack Ideas:
Smoothie Bags – Strawberries, bananas & blueberries.
Mini Guac + Pico de Gallo + No salt Chips
Kiwi Sweet tooth treats

Pineapple Detox Juice:

1 pineapple
2 golden kiwis
1 large cucumber
2” Ginger
4 cups, water

Summer Melon Juice:

1 Large melon
2 mangoes

Orange-ginger wellness shots:

3-5 Large oranges
2” Ginger
