Dark Chocolate Coconut Chia Pudding
.5 Cup Lite Unsweetened Coconit Milk
1 Tbs Cocoa Powder
1 Tbs Sugar
.25 tsp Coconut extract
1 scoop (30 g) unflavored protein powder
2 Tbs Chia Seeds
1. In mason jar blend together all ingredients except chia seeds. I use an immersion blender
2. Stir in the chia seeds
3. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight
4. Enjoy 😉
Kick it up and top with your favorite toppings. I use strawberries, shaved coconut and shaved dark chocolate.
