🥪 Veg Sandwich Recipe (Easy & Quick – 10 Min)

Aaj hum banayenge healthy aur tasty veg sandwich jo ghar par easily available ingredients se ban jata hai. Iske liye aapko chahiye: pyaz, shimla mirch, tamatar, kheera aur sweet corn. Sabhi vegetables ko chhota-chhota chop kar lein aur kheera ko grate kar lein. Saath hi sweet corn ko halka sa boil kar lein taaki wo soft ho jaye.

Ab ek bowl me sabhi vegetables daalein aur usme namak (swad anusaar), chaat masala, oregano, chilli flakes (optional), mayonnaise aur tomato ketchup add karein. Sabko achhe se mix karke ek smooth filling tayyar kar lein.

Ab bread par ye mixture achhe se laga lein. Fry pan ko halka garam karein, butter daalein aur sandwich ko sek lein. Dono taraf se golden brown hone tak sekne ke baad aapka easy aur swadisht veg sandwich ready hai. Ise green chutney ya ketchup ke saath serve karein.
