🥒 Cucumber Kiwi Pineapple Cooler

Notes
• No sugar needed (fruits give natural sweetness)
• Don’t strain to keep it gut-friendly
• Best served fresh and chilled

Perfect as:
• Mid-morning cooler ☀️
• Post-lunch refresher
• Summer hydration drink 💧

Ingredients
• 2 peeled cucumber
• ½ cup pineapple pieces 🍍
• 1 kiwi (peeled) 🥝
• 2–3 mint leaves 🌿
• Pinch of salt
• Pinch of black pepper
• 500ml water (for blending)
• Ice cubes (optional) ❄️
• Extra water as needed ( i have added 1 ltr)

Method
1. Add cucumber, pineapple, kiwi, mint leaves, salt, pepper, and water to a blender.
2. Blend until smooth (do NOT strain keep the fiber).
3. Pour into a jar or glass.
4. Add ice cubes and a little more water to adjust consistency.
5. Stir well and serve immediately.
