Ingredients :

Soya chunks : 2 cups
Gram flour/Besan : 1/3 cup
Rice flour : 1/3 cup
Finely chopped onion : 1/2 cup
Chopped Coriander leaves : 1/4 cup
Chopped curry leaves : 2 strings
Coriander powder : 1 tea spoon
Chilly powder : 1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic paste : 1 tea spoon (I forgot to add in video)
Garam masala powder : 1 tea spoon
Oil for deep frying
