🍪 Millet Chocolate Cookies :

Ingredients:

Millet flour mix – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Jaggery powder – ½ cup (adjust to taste)
Butter – ¼ cup ( melted)
Corn flour – 2 tbsp (for crispy)
Salt – a pinch
milk – 2 tbsp

Method:

1. In a bowl, mix butter + jaggery powder
Mix until it jaggery dissolves

2. Add Millet flour, Cocoa powder, Corn flour, Salt, and Mix everything together

3. Add milk to Form a soft dough

4. Place it on a butter paper and roll it

5. Freeze it for 20 mins and cut into equal pieces

6. Place it greased Baking tray

7. Preheat oven to 180°C and Bake for 12–15 minutes.

8. Cool down completely and store in airtight container
