Ingredients:
2 cups of almond flour
1/2 cup AP flour
1 Tsp Baking powder
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 stick shaved cold butter
1/2 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
1 Tsp vanilla
1/2 cup or 3/4th cup blueberries
Recipe:
Add the dry ingredients in a bowl & add cold butter & knead it until the butter is corporated in the flour mix & resembles moist sand. Then in another bowl mix wet ingrients & combine both of them to for a dry dough to just combine. You can add a little more flour if u want & shape it round & cut in triangles & bake it at 350F for 18 min.
