Makes 4 servings
ingredients
• 1 cup rice, cooked
• 3 cups green beans, ends trimmed
• 1 tbsp sesame oil
• 1 bunch green onions, sliced
• 6 cloves garlic, minced
• 2 tbsp grated ginger
• 1 lb ground turkey
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1/3 cup tamari (low sodium soy sauce)
• 2 limes, juiced
• 3 tbsp sriracha
• 1 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
top with: green onions + chili crisp
instructions
• prepare rice to your liking
• boil green beans until slightly tender (still a bit of crunch)
• sauté sesame oil, green onions, garlic + ginger (2–3 min)
• add turkey, cook through
• add maple syrup, tamari, sriracha + lime juice → cook a few minutes
• build your bowl + drizzle sauce + top with green onions + chili crisp
