🥣 Ingredients
For crepes:
Eggs — 4
Mayonnaise — 1 tbsp
Salt & pepper — to taste
For filling:
Cream cheese — 120 g
Lightly salted salmon – 100 g
Cucumber — 1
Dill (optional)
👩🍳 Instructions
Whisk eggs with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
Cook thin egg crepes in a lightly oiled pan until golden on both sides. Let them cool.
Spread cream cheese on each crepe, add salmon slices and cucumber.
Sprinkle with dill if desired, then roll.
Trim edges and cut into portions.
