Learn how to make homemade Low Fat Strawberry Ice Cream with just 3 ingredients in no time. No ice cream machine is needed. You can make this simple recipe with food processor or regular blender. This smooth and creamy ice cream is good for diabetics and for those who are conscious about weight. It’s so healthy and refreshing.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups (10oz/280g) frozen strawberries
2 Tablespoons honey or sugar
¼ cup (2oz/60g) plain yogurt (Greek, non-fat or full fat)
DIRECTIONS:
1.Add the frozen strawberries, yogurt and honey into a food processor or blender.
2.Process until creamy, about 2-3 minutes. Scrape down the side of the bowl to make sure even mixing.
3.Transfer it to an airtight freezable container and freeze for 1-2 hours. Store it in the freezer for up to 1 month.
NOTES:
Use fresh, frozen strawberries for fresh flavor and creamy texture.
