Ingredients:
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup/ 120g Greek yoghurt
• 2 eggs
• 1/8 cup/ 30ml maple syrup
• 2 tbsp/ 20g almond flour
• 1 lemon zest
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp hemp seeds
• berries (fresh/frozen)
• almond flakes
Mix all the ingredients and bake in the oven 170C/340F for 50-55 min. Cool and enjoy!
