🎃 Pumpkin Seeds — 5 tbsp
🌻 Sunflower Seeds — 4 tbsp
⚫ Black Sesame Seeds — 2 tbsp
⚪ White Sesame Seeds — 2 tbsp
🌾 Psyllium Husk — 2 tbsp
💧 Extra Water — ½ cup
🫒 Oil — few drops (for pan)

🍞 Simple Steps
1️⃣ Soften the Oats
Mix oats, salt, and water.
Add chia seeds and let rest until gel-like.
2️⃣ Toast the Seeds
Toast pumpkin and sunflower seeds on low heat.
Add sesame seeds at the end and toast briefly.
3️⃣ Build the Structure
Mix toasted seeds into oats.
Add psyllium husk and extra water.
Let rest again until thick.
4️⃣ Prepare the Pan
Lightly oil a loaf pan and line with parchment paper.
5️⃣ Shape & Bake
Transfer mixture into pan.
Sprinkle extra seeds on top if desired.
Bake at 180°C (350°F)
for 75–90 minutes
(depending on your pan type).
6️⃣ Cool & Slice
Let the bread cool completely
before slicing for best texture.
