This Tip is about “Beating your Sugar Cravings”.
While most of us think they are healthy, they are high in natural sugar and calories.
Also, most times, they have about as many calories as a small chocolate.
So instead of dates, here’s an alternative that’s helped me & all our clients too.
1. Take one litre of water (cold is good).
2. Add fresh celery/mint leaves/coriander leaves
3. Add the juice of half a lime
Sip this water or have a glass whenever you get the craving. It will disappear 🙂
Chew the leaves to get additional fibre & minerals. Aids in fat loss!
This hydrating drink not only satisfies your sweet cravings but also supports your health goals and helps in fat loss and staying hydrated.
