Dahi Bhindi-
Wash and chop the ladies finger. Sauté in oil until it crisps up well. Add chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, and salt. Mix and set it aside.
Whisk curd with cumin powder and salt. Serve the curd topped with the crispy bhindi.
Carrot & Green Peas Stir Fry-
Wash and chop the carrots. Add green peas and steam until cooked.
Heat oil, add jeera for tadka, then sauté the steamed carrot and peas with asafoetida and salt.
Mooli Mint Salad-
Pulse washed and peeled white radish with mint leaves, green chilli, salt, and lemon juice.
Serve fresh, cut cucumber on the side.
