Ingredients:
-4 Cups Kodiak Buttermilk Pancake Mix (480g)
-3 Cups Unsweetened Almond Milk (720mL)
-4 Large Eggs (for pancakes)
-6 Eggs (to scramble and mix in)
-3 Tbsp Sugar-Free Sweetener
-1 lb Turkey Sausage (454g raw)
-12 Slices Center Cut Bacon (12 oz package)
-2 Cups Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (224g)
-1/4 Cup Sugar-Free Syrup (60mL)

Instructions:
1.) Preheat oven to 375°F and spray a 9×13 baking dish.
2.) Cook bacon until crispy, then cook turkey sausage in the same pan. Scramble the 6 eggs separately.
3.) Whisk Kodiak mix, almond milk, 4 eggs, and sweetener, then mix in bacon, sausage, eggs, and cheddar.
4.) Pour into the dish, drizzle syrup, and bake 30–40 minutes until set.
5.) Cool 10–15 minutes, slice into 8 servings, and store in the fridge or freezer.
