Homemade High-Protein Bar Recipe
Ingredients:
Paneer 200g, Roasted peanuts 30g, Roasted almonds 30g, Roasted chana 60g, Oats (powdered)
40g, Pumpkin seeds 2 tbsp, Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp, Flax seeds 1 tbsp, Chia seeds 1 tbsp, Peanut
butter 2 tbsp, Cocoa powder 1 tbsp, Dates paste 3 tbsp, Honey (as needed), Dark chocolate
50–60g.
Step-by-Step Method:
1. Crumble paneer finely.
2. Grind peanuts, almonds, roasted chana, and oats into a coarse powder.
3. Add seeds and mix well.
4. Add paneer, peanut butter, cocoa powder, dates paste, and honey.
5. Mix into a dough-like consistency.
6. Press into a lined tray evenly.
7. Melt dark chocolate and spread on top.
8. Refrigerate for 1–2 hours.
9. Cut into bars and serve.
