✳️ Macros (makes 2 servings):
234 Cals, 29.5g Net Carbs, 6.75g Fat, 15.5g Protein

✳️ Wet Ingredients:
35g (2 tbsp) Light Butter or Butter, Softened
30g (2 tbsp) Unsweetened Apple Sauce
30mL (2 tbsp) Sugar Free Syrup
1 Medium Egg
5mL (1 tsp) Vanilla Extract (*optional*)

✳️ Dry Ingredients:
45g (1/3 Cup) All Purpose Flour
25g (2/3 Scoop) Casein Protein
10g (1 1/4 tbsp) Oat Flour
4g (2/3 tsp) Baking Soda
Pinch of Salt
96g Granulated Sugar Substitute or Half and Half w/ Real Sugar for Best Result

✳️ Mix-Ins:
15g (1 tbsp) Chocolate Chips
Extra 15g (1 tbsp) Chocolate Chips for Max Gooeyness (*optional*)

✳️ Toppings (*optional*):
Chocolate Chunks to Taste

✳️ Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Grab a mixing bowl. Add wet ingredients. Mix.
3. Grab another mixing bowl. Add dry ingredients.
4. Combine wet ingredients and dry ingredients (gently fold them). Add mix-ins. Gently fold them in.
5. Add mixed batter to parchment lined baking dish or cookie sheet with cooking spray. Add toppings (*optional*).
6. Bake for around 10-13 minutes (take out slightly underdone). Then enjoy!
