Ingredients:-48g Iso fuel protein (@pandasupps)
-237ml Unsweetened oatmilk
-1oz Spinach
-50g Fuji apple
-25g Blueberries
-25g Dark cherries
-34g Peanut butter
-Premium prep seasoning (@pandasupps)
Instructions:
-In a blender cup, put all ingredients together.
-Place the blender cup in the blender and mix the ingredients.
-Leave in the fridge overnight.
-Open the cap and chug.
-Enjoy!
