2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp honey
1 tsp grated ginger
Juice of 1 lime
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp sesame seeds

Veg Layers

1 cup carrots (shredded)
1 cup cucumber (diced)
3 cups iceberg lettuce (shredded)

Garnish

Roasted peanuts
Fresh cilantro
Sesame seeds
