Ingredients:
* 130g white cheese (or cottage cheese)
* 1 cup protein yogurt
* 2 cups flour (preferably type 1150 for more flavor)
* 1 tsp baking soda

* 30g butter
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Mix yogurt + cheese until creamy.
3. Add flour, baking soda, and salt.
4. Mix into a soft dough (don’t overmix).
