Spicy Breakfast Scramble
1 tsp. olive oil
3-5 eggs
1/2 avocado
1/2-3/4 cup black beans
Hot sauce or pico de gallo

1. Scramble eggs with olive oil over medium heat until done.
2. Serve with avocado, warmed black beans, and hot sauce. Salt to taste.

Raspberry Protein Yogurt
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 1/4 cup greek yogurt or skyr
1-2 scoops Autumn’s Vanilla Protein Powder
1/4 cup coconut chips

1. Heat frozen raspberries in a pan over medium heat until warmed and juicy. Use a fork to lightly mash it.
2. In a bowl, add the yogurt and protein powder and stir to combine.
3. Top yogurt with warmed raspberries and coconut chips.

Simple Burrito Bowl
1 tsp. olive oil
1/2 pound ground beef
1 tsp. cumin, divided
1 tsp. chili powder, divided
1 tsp. ground garlic, divided
1/8 tsp. cayenne, divided
salt
2 cups frozen cauliflower rice
3/4 cup black beans
1/2 avocado
hot sauce

1. In a pan over medium heat, add olive oil and ground beef. Season with salt, and 1/2 of all the seasonings. Sauté until browned.
2. Add the cauliflower rice, another pinch of salt, and the remaining seasonings. Sauté until warmed through – about 5 minutes.
3. Add the black beans and sauté for 1 more minute.
4. Pour into a bowl and top with avocado and hot sauce.
