‘Healthy Eating’ is a generalized label and often loosely used by the general public.
Before you begin watching this video, I’d like to first make a disclaimer that there will actually be little to no reference to plain boring salads, fruit smoothies/cleanses. Rather, it will be of a video portraying realistic meals for the average Singaporean. The focus of this video will be on selecting ‘healthier’ and often ‘lower calorie’ options; consuming a variety of foods that provide us with nutrients needed for energy and health; alongside acknowledging the importance of balancing the 3 macronutrients (protein, carbohydrates and dietary fat).
