If you grew up watching Doraemon… this is your sign to make these eggless Dora Cakes 🥹

💙1cup +1 tbsp milk
💙1tsp vinegar
💙1 cup all-purpose flour
💙¼ cup cocoa powder
💙½ tsp baking soda
💙¼ cup milk powder
💙½ cup icing sugar
For the filling
💙1+1/2 cup whipped cream
💙1/2 cup cream cheese

Coffee jelly
💙11 cup water
💙11/2 tbsp coffee
💙11 tsp sugar
💙13 tbsp milk
💙11 tsp agar agar
💙14-5 oreos, chopped

Method-
1. Start by making the coffee jelly- In a saucepan add water, coffee, sugar, milk and agar powder.
2. ⁠Let it come to a boil and transfer it to a mould and refrigerate for 3-4 hours or until completely set.
3. ⁠For the pancakes- In a bowl add milk, vinegar and let it curdle .
4. ⁠Then add flour, cocoa powder ,baking powder, milk powder and icing sugar.
5. ⁠Whisk it well to make a smooth lump free batter.
6. ⁠Now, heat a griddle or non-stick pan on low-medium heat. Pour the pancake batter over the hot griddle using a ¼ cup or a scoop to measure out equal portions every time.
7. Cover the pancake with a lid and let it cook for 3-4 mins on low heat. Flip it and cook the other side for another minute or two.
8. For the filling combine whipped cream and cream cheese till its smooth and no streaks remain.
9. To assemble, start by taking one pancake and spread a thin layer of the filling over it. Then, add the coffee cube in the centre and cover it with the rest of the filling using coffee cube.
10. Sandwich it with another pancake and press very gently.
11. ⁠Scrape the sides neatly and dip the dora cakes into crushed oreos to coat the filling layer.
